Manufacturing ERP Consultant (3+ years of experience)
Ideal candidates will be upbeat, motivated individuals with the ability to provide both pre-sale demonstrations as well as post-sale consulting. Successful candidates will believe in our vision “delight every customer”, be self-starters with strong presentation skills, ERP business acumen and proven, recent experience in successful ERP implementations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as Consultant for Visibility ERP implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Visibility ERP solution.
- Involves understanding the business needs of our customers' organization, analyzing existing business processes, and working with stakeholders to define and implement ERP system to achieve business requirements.
- Perform needs gathering/requirement analysis/discovery with new Visibility customers to identify their challenges and desired to-be processes post-implementation.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation addresses client's key concerns and areas where improvement is needed in their business.
- Becomes an expert on Visibility ERP functionality that provides friendly phone, on-line, and on-site implementation training and process improvement consulting services for our clients using Visibility ERP software.
- Works with customers to achieve the best solutions for customer to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality.
- Communicate and collaborate with Visibility functional and technical team members regarding customer requests and product enhancements.
- Provide functional support to Visibility customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing superior, responsive, post-sale implementation management, consulting and training services.
- Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal).
- Minimum of 3 years of prior Manufacturing ERP application experience (i.e. Global Shop, Accumatica, Epicor, Dynamics, Infor, Sage or similar ERP software) and thorough understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing best practices.
- Quickly and independently learn our software products to become a fully billable consulting resource training and implementing customers on Visibility ERP.
- Must understand manufacturing processes, terms, and principles. APICS CPIM certification preferred.
- Quickly and independently learn our software products by watching training videos, reviewing scripts, and studying documentation. Must be capable of self-study to get up to speed on Visibility functionality and best practices.
- Understand client requirements and articulate/demonstrate how Visibility products meet their needs.
- Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to play, operations, e-commerce or CRM functions highly desired.
- Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.
- Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.
- Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.

BI Developer/SQL Report Writer
We are looking for a person to work in our Beverly office who wants to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for enhancing and further developing a fully integrated web-based ERP solution and associated products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining our current Business Intelligence software using Sql Server tools.
- Developing and maintaining our suite of SSRS dashboards and reports and expanding Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Conversion of data from other ERP systems or our legacy system into our latest system. Being involved in the process from start to finish with testing.
- Developing and maintaining reports within the ERP system using our SQL based report writing software (training will be given).
- Creating and maintaining documentation.
- Liaising with customers on custom based development requirements.
- With the focus on data conversions from other ERP systems or our legacy system, SQL report writing and developing and maintaining our Business Intelligence software.
Skills Required:
- Business Intelligence (Sql Server)
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS using Sql Server 2008 R2 to Sql Server 2019, creating BI solutions from data warehouse to OLAP cube development.

Responsibilities Include:
- Understand the impact video content makes with our audience. You take as much pride in a 30-minute customer testimonial as you do in a short 30-second promotion
- Be creative and able to work with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling scripts that are shared through video and audio.
- Work with customers and partners, stakeholders, and colleagues with various backgrounds around the world to produce video and graphic design content for internal and external purposes
- Create and design content for Visibility website and appropriate social media platforms (including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube)
- Manage a library of digital video content through Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Use motion graphics and audio from Adobe Stock or other stock website to enhance videos.
