Show Your ERP System Some Love

By Katie Foley

Every year on February 14, Valentine’s Day is celebrated as a special day to express your love for one another. Here at Visibility, we think Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to show your ERP system some love!

Now, since your ERP system has no use for sappy cards, chocolates, or roses, what are some ways you can show your ERP system how much you care this February 14th

Update Your System

Stay up to date with operating system updates as well as the latest version of your ERP solution. New releases often come with bug fixes and enhancements. The more often you update your system, the shorter the updates take and the easier it is to get up to speed on what’s new.

Sign Up for Your Vendor’s Conference

An ERP customer conference is the perfect way to show your ERP system some love. A few of the major benefits of attending an ERP vendor’s conference include networking with and learning from other customers, educational sessions, and one-on-one time with ERP experts to address your company’s unique, specific questions.

Invest in a Business Assessment

Ever feel like you could take better advantage of your ERP system but don’t know where to start? You’re not alone! A business assessment might be the perfect place to get your ERP goals back on track. Let an ERP expert come onsite and observe your business processes. Following the onsite visit, you will receive a full report of areas you can improve and specific ways to improve your use of the system.

These are just a few of the ways you can show your ERP system some love this Valentine’s Day! Brushing up on documentation from your implementation period as well as connecting with fellow employees that use the system are some other easy ways to ensure you are getting the most out of your system.
