Measurable Results

The strongest evidence of ERP success can be found in the numbers. Look at revenue increase and cost savings for starters.

Strategic Benefits

ERP comes with strategic tools such as reports and dashboards. These features can go even further when paired with a business intelligence solution. Strategic tools such as these allow for better, faster, easier decision making. Be sure to measure these benefits when looking at ERP success.

Employee Engagement

How are employees taking to the new system? Did they adapt quickly or is there still resistance? Do employees use the system daily or are they still using old methods? A high level of employee engagement is a great sign of ERP success.

Intangibles

Look back at your original goals before implementation – did you meet them? Did you exceed them? Is there still work to be done? You can also look at customer experience, which is often difficult to measure but one of the most important factors to success.
